Proton Ventures signs collaboration agreement within Partners for International Business program

A cluster of Dutch companies will capitalize on the enormous opportunities in Chile regarding port, logistics and energy. On July 21, 2022 Proton Ventures signed a collaboration agreement, together with 7 other companies, with Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) within the Partners for International Business (PIB) program.

Business Opportunities in the Chilean Port Sector

Chile has healthy economic growth. The Chilean government is investing in the expansion of the two largest container ports: San Antonio and Valparaíso. They also want to make the ports more efficient. This includes further digitization and a focus on sustainability, in particular hydrogen.

Dutch services, technology and knowledge in the port sector are highly regarded in Chile and that offers opportunities for Dutch entrepreneurs in this sector.
