Proton Ventures Secures Funding for Green Hydrogen/Ammonia Project in Brazil

We are thrilled to announce the signing of a contract securing funding support from Invest International for the early development phases.

In collaboration with our esteemed Brazilian partners Casa dos Ventos Energias Renováveis and Comerc Energia, as well as our Transhydrogen Alliance partners, Proton Ventures is developing a green H2/NH3 production unit, situated in the Porto do Pecém, Brazil, with the aim of producing 2.2 million tonnes of ammonia by 2032, with the first deliveries scheduled for 2027.

The funding secured from Invest International will play a big role in advancing this project efficiently and sustainably. This financial support ensures the project’s efficient progression and achievement of its developmental objectives.
