During a very busy New Year’s reception, CEO Hans Vrijenhoef provided an update on the financial and technical achievements of the past few months.
With new project agreements signed for Serbia and Norway, the two project managers placed pins on the world map to mark the locations where Proton’s clients will execute their projects with the support of the Proton team. In addition to these signed contracts, Proton remains in the race for several other large and small-scale projects.
Furthermore, Hans congratulated a colleague on his recent marriage. He also addressed global developments, such as the complexities of the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), Final Investment Decisions (FIDs) within the green and blue ammonia sectors, and, of course, the new office space that has been in use since January 2026.

With a collective toast, we began the year with the goal of stabilizing and further strengthening the company’s results and resources.
